Vibrant Soul Counseling serves all residents in the great state of Texas.
At this time, we are accepting BCBS, AETNA, OSCAR, OPTUM, UNITED HEALTHCARE, TRI-CARE, HAVARD PILGRIM, OXFORD HEALTH CARE, and PRIVATE PAY.
Super bills can be issued for clients seeking insurance reimbursements upon request.
Beware when filing claims/super.bills for insurances the service must be rendered a medical necessity which means a diagnosis must be present. This, limits confidentiality between you and the therapist due to sharing of information for service reimbursement.

Typically sessions are 45-55 minutes long. The last few minutes are utilized for note-taking, expressing concerns, and scheduling future appointments. It is important and professional to honor our allotted time.

Cancellation Policy
A full 24 hours is required for cancellations to avoid being charged the late cancellation fee of $75.
No Show Policy
If you don’t call to cancel or no show the appointment, your card will be charged the full session fee of $150 or $175 depending on your service. If you are not present 10 minutes after your scheduled session has began, your session will be terminated and you will be charged the fee of your full session.You are solely responsible for this payment.
